I find it quite difficult to create a complicated table setting. It is not only the creating process that I find hard, it is also difficult to eat from such a decorated table. I mean where is the space for food, dishes, drinks and elbow (I know that is not quite an etiquette, but I love it). Not sure about very big tables, but mine is super small and quite narrow and if I decorate it too much, I am more worried about spoiling the decoration or knocking off something. This morning, I was browsing for some simple yet elegant table setting ideas, which still leaves room for food and all the other things and not to forget the elbow.
I like how all these are so understated but yet so elegant and mostly decorated with natural elements or greens, twigs or flowers.
