And indeed that is true, especially for the winter months I mean. If you have SAD (seasonal affective disorder), try the light therapy. The Best part is, you don’t have to shell out a lot of money, you can just use some candles, holiday LED lights, diyas, bare bulbs, or any other source of light.
Oh, and don’t forget the Himalayan salt lamp. I am using one presently and am loving it.
