An Apartment that Embraces Swedish Grace & Functionalism

This apartment is in Gothenburg, Sweden, in one of the central but quiet neighborhood. The building was built in 1933. The apartment also has it’s own laundry room right next to the kitchen. That would definitely be a plus for me. I live in a 3-story house now, but I still do not have a laundry room per se, it’s just a nook beside the staircase in the attic. I am especially intrigued with the floor in the kitchen – oiled herringbone parquet and Moroccan clinker in a well-thought out combination. Have a look here:
