Summer Is The Best Time To Add A Herb Garden

Right now I have slight fever and I am sipping mint tea with honey with mint leaves from my windowsill. I love container gardening, especially when it comes to my herbs. Just add a pinch of coriander or mint leaves, and voila, you have a fresh salad. A little bit of fresh basil or rosemary to this and that – increases the flavor of the dish to many levels. And honestly, I have realized, I don’t really need a big space to start my own herb garden. Skills – yes, that might be required for some herbs. For example I do not have a green thumb for basil. No matter what I did, I could not sustain the plant for more than a few week to months. But even that much time is also a win-situation compared to going to the market and buying fresh basil every time.

Let’s look at some of the options here:

I follow this account Grow Urban Organic on Instagram for loads of inspiration. I could not add any photos from their account, you may want to check it out yourself. It’s worth looking at the pictures at the least.
