Right now, we are renovating our attic and planning to convert it to our daughter’s room. With that comes one dilemma – if we should have a library in her bedroom. I always suffer from design dilemma and this is one big dilemma that I cannot yet come over. I want the bedroom to be minimal, calm and cozy, and at the same time I want to fit all her stuff and books to be in her room so that everything that belongs to her is contained in that room. Right now it is scattered all over the house. My 9 year old daughter is a voracious reader – I am really grateful for that and a reading nook in her bedroom might be a lovely idea, but I am thinking if that is not going make her room very messy and cluttered.
I found some inspiration for reading nooks/library bedroom ideas. They seem to be working fine and I might take some ideas from these pictures.
