In case you have never heard (the chances are high) of Grimsholmen, it is a nature reserve located in the west coast of Sweden with Gothenburg in the north and Helsingborg in the south. This villa is right on the seafront: the sea is constantly present. When I looked at the pictures first, I thought I have to write about this villa. The sea, the trees, the breeze and the tranquility are a large part of the magical coastal life on Grimsholmen. The villa was built in 2005 and has 4 bed rooms – quite big compared to the Swedish homes we usually get to see. The villa is in a secluded location, but commute to Gothenburg is unexpectedly easy.
